1. Packaging: After the rubber roller is ground, the surface has been treated with antifouling, and it is packed with plastic film and then packed with blankets. For long-distance transportation, it must be packed in wooden boxes.
2. Transportation: Regardless of the old and new rollers, during transportation, it is strictly forbidden to press, drop, smash, or touch sharp objects. To prevent damage to the rubber surface, deformation of the shaft core and bearing position.
3. Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry room at room temperature. Stay away from heat sources. Do not touch corrosive objects. It is forbidden to press the rubber surface heavily, and avoid the working surface as much as possible on the bearing surface, or rotate and exchange the pressure roller surface regularly. If the rubber surface is pressed in one direction for a long time, slight deformation will occur.
4. Installation:
(1). Carefully clean the burrs, oil stains, etc. of the installation position before installation. Check whether the shaft is bent or deformed, and install the bearing accurately to ensure that the rotation force shaft core is (2). The axis of the rubber roller is parallel to the sleeve or the axis of the aluminum coil or steel sleeve.
5. Use Regulations
(1). The new roll is stored for one month after arrival. This is the maturation period and can be used only after the expiration date.
(2). Before using the new roller, check whether the rubber surface is compressed, bruised or deformed.
(3). For the first time use, first lightly press and turn slowly for 10-15 minutes, this is the running-in period. This is important. After the expiration of the period, the pressure will be gradually accelerated. The effect can be achieved until full load.
6. After using the rubber roller for a period of time, the surface will be scratched due to the rubber surface of the band, the edge warping, etc. In this case, if it is a little bit, it can be used after grinding the surface. If serious damage to the rubber surface has been caused, the rubber roller needs to be replaced.
7. Friendly reminder: For some types of glue, due to insufficient strength, cracks will appear during use, and lumps will appear if they continue to be used. When rotating at high speed, it can fly out in large chunks, and should be checked frequently. Once found, it needs to be replaced in time.
