The four rubber rollers with a specification of Φ80×1000 produce an average of 20 pieces per shift, and the winding process from feeding to rubber roller forming involves continuous temperature adjustment, pressurization and exhaust, and then the dense rubber is discharged under high temperature and high pressure and directly wound into For the required workpieces, the whole process only needs 2 people to operate the computer to complete, and 3 people can produce 70-90 pieces of rubber rollers with the same specifications as the above.

  2. The qualified rate of finished products is as high as 100% The glue discharged from the gluing system is dense and without bubbles, and the forming and winding are carried out under uniform external force. Therefore, the affinity between the glue and the shaft core is much greater than other processes, and the qualified rate of finished products can reach 100%.

  3. Reduce material consumption and reduce production procedures In the traditional production process, the rubber roller needs to be tied up with a water wrap before vulcanization. When the hardness of the rubber material is above 80 degrees, it needs to be wrapped with iron wire.The use of winding technology can reduce this part of the cost and labor. This alone can save more than 100,000 yuan in wire costs.
