The qualified rate of finished products is as high as 100% The glue discharged from the gluing system is dense and without bubbles, and the forming and winding are carried out under uniform external force. Therefore, the affinity between the glue and the shaft core is much greater than other processes, and the qualified rate of finished products can reach 100%.

  3. Reduce material consumption and reduce production procedures In the traditional production process, the rubber roller needs to be tied up with a water wrap before vulcanization. When the hardness of the rubber material is above 80 degrees, it needs to be wrapped with iron wire.The use of winding technology can reduce this part of the cost and labor. This alone can save more than 100,000 yuan in wire costs.
