Preparations

1. Check the amount of hydraulic oil before use. The height of hydraulic oil is 2/3 of the height of the lower machine base. When the amount of oil is insufficient, it should be added in time. The oil must be finely filtered before injection. Add pure 20# hydraulic oil into the oil filling hole of the lower machine base, and the oil level can be seen from the oil standard rod, which is generally added to 2/3 of the height of the lower machine base.

2. Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide frame, and add oil in time to maintain good lubrication.

3 .Turn on the power, move the operating handle to the vertical position, close the oil return port, press the motor start button, the oil from the oil pump enters the oil cylinder, and drives the plunger to rise. When the hot plate is closed, the oil pump continues to supply oil, so that the When the oil pressure rises to the rated value, press the registration stop button to keep the machine in the state of shutdown and pressure maintenance (ie, timed vulcanization). When the vulcanization time is reached, move the handle to lower the plunger to open the mold.

4. The temperature control of the hot plate: close the rotary button, the plate starts to heat, and when the temperature of the plate reaches the preset value, it will automatically stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the plate automatically heats up to keep the temperature at the set value.

5. Control of vulcanizing machine action: press the motor start button, the AC contactor is powered, the oil pump works, when the hydraulic pressure reaches the set value, the AC contactor is disconnected, and the vulcanization time is automatically recorded. When the pressure drops, the oil pump motor starts to automatically replenish the pressure. , when the set curing time is reached, the beeper beeps to inform that the curing time is up, the mold can be opened, press the beep stop button, move the manual operation valve, and make the plate descend, and the next cycle can be performed.

 

 Hydraulic system

 

1. Hydraulic oil should be 20# mechanical oil or 32# hydraulic oil, and the oil must be finely filtered before adding.

2. Regularly discharge the oil, carry out precipitation and filtration before use, and clean the oil filter at the same time.

3. All parts of the machine should be kept clean, and the column shaft and guide frame should be oiled frequently to maintain good lubrication.

4. If abnormal noise is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to use it after troubleshooting.

 

Electrical system

1. The host and control box should have reliable grounding

2. Each contact must be clamped, and regularly check for looseness.

3. Keep the electrical components and instruments clean, and the instruments cannot be hit or knocked.

4. The fault should be stopped immediately for maintenance.

 

 Precautions

 

The operating pressure should not exceed the rated pressure.

The main power supply should be cut off when it is not in use.

The column nut must be kept tightened during operation and regularly checked for looseness.

When testing the machine with an empty car, a 60mm thick pad must be placed in the flat plate.

The hydraulic oil should be filtered or changed after the new flat vulcanizer equipment is used for three months. After that, it should be filtered every six months, and the filter on the oil tank and the low-pressure pump inlet pipe should be cleaned to remove dirt; the newly injected hydraulic oil is also It needs to be filtered through a 100-mesh filter, and its water content cannot exceed the standard to prevent damage to the system (Note: The oil filter must be cleaned with clean kerosene every three months, otherwise it will cause blockage and cause the oil pump to be sucked empty, resulting in mold clamping. abnormal, or even burn out the oil pump).
